Nestled in the scenic Lao Men Dong district within Yihe Garden Hotel, Yihe Noodles not only upholds Wan Guo Chun's tradition of exquisite ingredient selection but also complements it with the tranquil elegance of Yihe Garden, offering a feast for both the palate and the eyes.

 

So, what sets this critically acclaimed bowl of noodles apart?

 We begin with a broth that’s slow-simmered for 6-7 hours, using choice pork bones, eel, aged chicken, pork skin, and crucian carp, all infused with our proprietary blend of spices to create a deeply savory taste.

 

The highlight of our "Yihe Noodles" is the thick-cut, high-quality black pork belly—2.5 cm slices, 165-180 grams each, slow-braised over two hours.

 

Our noodles are handmade egg noodles, known for their firm yet smooth texture, capturing an unmissable, robust flavor.
